Easy Exchange

Looking for exchanging your product? It's simple. You have to raise an exchange request within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery of the product.

How Can I Raise a Exchange Request?

You can raise an exchange request on divyakumariparihaara@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the delivery.

Note: For partial Exchange, only the product(s) that you wish to exchange needs to be mentioned while raising the exchange request along with the order id.

Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Made to measure or custom products are not eligible for exchange.

Due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colors, etc., there might be a slight color difference. Therefore, we will be unable to provide exchange requests under color difference, quality, etc.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Exchange is allowed once per order.

We do not accept returns, we facilitate only exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in case you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit, or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may get them exchanged exactly the way in which they were received (unused, with original packaging).

No order in any case is eligible for refund.

If the item is off rack or does not suit you or you happen to change your mind, unfortunately we cannot accept a return in this case. If you do not like the feel of the fabric or stitching unfortunately we cannot accept a return. In this case, we use the most premium quality fabric and stitching which passes through multiple quality checks before reaching you.

An unboxing video needs to be made by you while opening your parcel. You need to ensure this for the purpose of replacement & return in case the product is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product. In case an unboxing video is not made, we cannot assure the replacement or return of the products.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, you will receive the requested (new) size in 7-15 working days.

There may be certain cases where the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team will inform you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount. Our team will reserve the right to decide if the product is in the appropriate condition for exchange, as per our inspection. The decision will be final and binding.

Cancellation Policy

We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 12 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, we can offer you credit note of the same amount.
